Bishop Douglas and First Lady Patricia Smith, with unwavering faith, have traversed the peaks and valleys of life, all while witnessing the transformative power of God. Their journey, marked by worship, discipleship, fellowship, education, and outreach, has left an indelible mark on countless lives. Their collaborative leadership, guided by the Holy Spirit, continues to shape the lives of many in the kingdom, a testament to their unwavering resilience.
Through the grace of God, Soaring Eagles’ Prophetic ministry continues to raise Kingdom disciples who share the good news of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to support believers in their journey of self-discovery and become disciples who walk in divine authority. We challenge everyone to walk in kingdom authority, overcome destructive forces, and live productive lives.
Bishop Douglas H. Smith was sent to establish a ministry in Savannah, GA, which began in March 1994. God revealed His plan for him to pioneer the work that would be a refuge for those fleeing sin and to train spiritual leaders.
The vision became a reality through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, dedication, and commitment. Soul Saving Station Savannah was the first phase in building God’s vision in Savannah. The present phase is Soaring Eagles Prophetic Ministry, which focuses not only on training leaders but also on fulfilling the mandate to the church while pointing the way and providing clear directions for divine destiny.
Bishop Smith is a servant of God blessed with a prophetic anointing to preach, teach, and lead God’s people.
